Rates 

We have several different ways that we bill:
For the most commonly requested services, we have a fee schedule, which covers most, though not all such services.

Some more complex service requests are billed on an hourly basis ( $85 - $100/hour, depending on the service).   We will always tell you upfront how much you can expect to pay.

In addition, for certain kinds of support, and very often for training, it is usually a good idea to purchase several hours at a time.  This way you may qualify for a volume discount.  We have many different volume discount packages available. Please call for details.

Some of our customers qualify for a discount rate. Please see our discounts page.  We honor all previously published discount offers.

We also offer a unique package: an annual service contract to ensure your computer stays virus and spyware-free.  Under this plan, we guarantee your computer remains virus and spyware free, or we fix it at no charge.  Other benefits can include:  up to 6 FREE hours of support and/or training, monthly maintenance such as backing up your data, cleaning up your hard drive, et al.  Please see our "Packages" page for details
